Preparation of Allyl Methacrylate by Phase Transfer Catalysis

摘要 采用3-氯丙烯和甲基丙烯酸钠为原料,以溴化十六烷基三甲基铵为相转移催化剂,合成了甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯。产物经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱表征。考察了反应溶剂、原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对反应收率的影响。当甲基丙烯酸钠和3-氯丙烯的摩尔比为1∶2.5,催化剂和对苯醌阻聚剂用量分别为甲基丙烯酸钠质量的3%和0.5%,以二甲亚砜为反应溶剂且其体积用量为3-氯丙烯体积的2.25倍时,于50℃搅拌反应3 h,可使甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯摩尔收率达到85%。 Allyl methacrylate was synthesized from 3-chloropropene and sodium methacrylate with cetyhrimethylammonium bromide as the phase transfer catalyst. The products were characterized by means of IR, 1HNMR and mass spectrometry. The effects of the reaction conditions on the yields were investigated. The molar yield of AMA could reach 85% when the reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of sodium methacrylate to 3-chloropropene was 1 : 2.5 ; the amount of catalyst and the polymerization inhibitor,p-benzoquinone, was 3% and 0.5% of the sodium methacrylate, respectively ; dimethyl sulfoxide was used as solvent and its the reactants were stirred at 50 ℃ for 3 hours. volume was 2.25 times of that of 3-chloropropene ; and
