摘要
研究机械加工工件精度优化问题,由于机床加工过程存在误差,需对大批量机械加工中的质量数据进行分析和评估。为提高质量,通过真实数据的拟合分析,建模,得到了在时变系统因素影响下的长期过程输出的波动特征,建立与质量目标相联系的调整优化模型,提出了大批量机械加工质量问题分析的通用的系统模型,对于保证过程维持在相对稳定的状态,为实现过程质量的稳定提供了良好的保障。
The quality data analysis and evalugtion in mass mechanical machining were discussed. The fluctuation character of long - term process output under the time-varying influence factors was obtained through the real data's fitting analysis, modeling l quality objectives related adjustmem optimization model was established, and a general system model for the mass machinery processing quality problem analysis was put forward which is a good protection to maintain the process in a relatively stable state, and to realize the stable quality.
