摘要
目的:了解抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动在某三级医院的实施效果。方法:对某三级医院开展抗菌药物专项整治活动的工作措施进行总结,并对实施效果进行分析、评价。结果:该院开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后,其中要求的7项指标均明显改善,专项整治工作取得初步成效。结论:抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动的开展很有必要,通过该活动加强了该院抗菌药物临床应用的管理,提高了抗菌药物合理应用水平。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the implementation of antibiotics special rectification in a three grade hospital, and to evaluate the effect of special rectification activities. METHODS： The measures of antibiotics special rectification in a three grade hospital were summarized and the effects of the activities were analyzed and evaluated. RESULTS： Through antibiotics special recti- fication, a preliminary progress had been made in the clinical application of the antibiotics, and seven indexes of special activities showed a significant improvement. CONCLUSION： It is necessary to normalize the clinical application of the antibiotics, through the activity, the management of antibiotic use has been reinforced, the rational use of antibiotics has been improved.
