摘要
目的:观察头孢丙烯治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎的有效性和安全性。方法:将90例化脓性扁桃体炎患儿随机均分为A、B组:A组给予头孢丙烯7.5mg/kg,bid,po;B组给予头孢他啶15～50mg/kg,bid,iv。观察两组疗效、依从性及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,A组总有效率为82.22%,与B组(86.67%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但患者的依从性A组(95.56%)显著高于B组(48.89%,P<0.01)。两组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:头孢丙烯治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎有效、安全。
OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of cefprozil in the treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsillitis. METHODS： 90 children with suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divided into group A and B. Group A was given cefprozil 7.5 mg/kg, bid, p.o. Group B was given ceftazidime（15-50 mg/kg）,bid, iv. RESULTS： There was no significant difference in total ef- fective rate between group A （82.22%） and group B （86.67%, P〉0.05） ; but compliance of group A （95.56%） was significantly better than that of group B （48.89%, P〈0.01）. No serious adverse drug reactions was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS： Cef- prozil is effective and safe in the treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsillitis.
