摘要
目前国内再生水事业的发展十分迅猛,但多数再生水厂的运营并不理想,以多年实际运营双膜工艺的经验,深入分析了再生水厂建设、管理及运营方面的注意事项和特点。分析认为,首先再生水厂在建设时需强化用户调研,了解用户用水特点;其次要加深对设备产水能力和供水能力的认识,熟知设备材质及配置的要求;第三在运行过程中,应加强膜的维护,并针对出现的问题制定相应的解决方案,强化日常维护的重点注意事项;第四,总结运营经验,优化运行并降低生产成本,同时应积极寻求政府的支持和帮助。
Recently, reclaimed water business is booming in China, but some of reclaimed water plants do not run very well. According to the experience of reclaimed water production, the matters needing attention and characteristic in construction, management and operation of reclaimed water plants were analyzed. The investigation on consumer water consumption characteristics should be carried out. Understanding of water production capacity and the water supply capacity should be deepened, and the requirements for equipment, material and configuration are known well. The maintenance of membrane process should be enhanced, the corresponding solutions to existing problems are developed, and the matters needing attention in routine maintenance are emphasized. The business experience is summarized, the operation is optimized, the production cost is reduced, and the support from the government needs to be searched for.
