摘要
对1台采用SOFA低NOx燃烧技术的亚临界300 MW锅炉进行数值模拟,研究了燃尽风率、燃尽风摆角对炉内温度场、燃尽率及NOx排放的影响。计算和分析结果表明,增大燃尽风率、加大燃尽风摆角均可在对锅炉效率影响不大的前提下,最大限度地抑制NOx的生成,但抑制效果有限。针对改造后NOx排放量达不到设计值这一问题,提出了提高燃尽风高度这一设想,并与在原设计高度下降低NOx排放的能力做了比较。
The numerical simulation is employed for a 300 MW sub-critical coal-fired boiler with SOFA and low NOx combustion technology.The influence of over fire air ratio and the angle of over fire air on the temperature,burnout behavior and NOx emission of boiler is investigated.Simulation and analysis results indicate as follows: NOx emission decreases after over fire air ratio or the angle of over fire air increases with subtle influence of the efficiency of boiler,but the effect is not well.To the problem of reducing NOx emission don′t reach designing value,giving the idea of increasing the height of over fire air,and comparing the effect in original designing height.
