摘要
甜茶素是甜茶中应用价值极高的成分之一,具有高甜度、低热能的特性,还具有降血糖、降血压等药理作用。采用热水提法从广西甜茶中提取甜茶素,用高效液相色谱法进行检测分析,通过研究不同单因素和正交试验得出最佳提取工艺参数,试验结果表明,甜茶素最佳提取工艺条件为甜茶与水质量体积比1:40(g/mL),提取温度为80℃,提取时间为1.5 h,浸提率可达95.9%,为广西甜茶精深加工提供有利依据。
Sweet tea giucoside is oneofthe most valuable compounds from Rubus suavissmus'S Lee. Sweet lucoside has high sweetness and low heat energy characteristic, also has hypoglycemic, reducing blood pressure and other pharmacological effects. Sweet tea glucoside was extracted from Guangxi sweet tea by heating water extraction and detected using high performance liquid chromatography. By studying the different single factor and orthogonal experiment, the experimental results showed that the optimal conditions was that liquid ratio was 1 : 40 ( g/mL ) , the extraction temperature was 80 ℃, the extraction time was 1.5 h, the extraction rate could reach to 95.9%. This result could provide useful parameters for Guangxi sweet tea deep processing.
