摘要
详细介绍了基于IEC 61850数字化技术的火电厂电气监控管理系统方案,分别从只包含厂用电系统的数字化厂用电气监控管理方案和综合全厂电气系统的一体化电气监控管理方案进行介绍。新数字化方案包含了现场常规系统所不具备的厂用电数字式母线差动保护、失灵保护、数字化厂用电快切装置、电动机工艺联锁等功能。此外,升压站电子式互感器及智能终端的方案可大量节省电缆、减少占地面积、提高电气自动化水平,节省投资。
The scheme of electrical monitor and management（EMM） systems based on IEC 61850 digital technology for thermal power plants is introduced in detail.One EMM comprises only digital plant-use electric equipments and the other is integrated EMM for combination of plant-wide electric system.The new digital scheme comprises functions which the conventional system does not comprise in the field,such as digital bus-bar differential protection,breaker failure protection,digital high speed transfer device,motor logical protection etc.Moreover,the scheme of the substation comprising electronic transformers and intelligent control terminals can save lots of cable,reduce substation occupied area,raise the level of electrical automation and save investment.
