摘要
以描述抽油杆柱纵向振动的波动方程为基础,建立了抽油杆柱应力循环特性的仿真模型;应用有限元法分析了含缺陷抽油杆的应力分布,建立了含缺陷抽油杆应力集中系数的回归模型;考虑了过渡段对抽油杆实际疲劳强度的影响以及使用年限对抽油杆损伤程度的影响,并综合考虑抽油杆材料力学性能、缺陷尺寸以及循环应力的随机性,建立了抽油杆柱疲劳寿命与抽油杆使用寿命周期内作业次数的可靠性预测模型。综合考虑抽油杆使用寿命周期内抽油杆柱投资、作业费用与作业产量损失的影响,以使用年限内年均总费用最低为目标,建立了抽油杆经济使用年限的可靠性评价方法,仿真分析了影响抽油杆经济使用年限的主要因素。
With the description of the wave equation of sucker rod longitudinal vibration as the basis, the simulation model for the stress circulation property of sucker rod string was established. The finite element method was used to analyze the stress distribution of sucker rod with defects. The regression model for the stress concentration coefficient of sucker rod with defects was established. The effect of transition section on the practical fatigue strength of sucker rod was taken into account as well as the effect of service life on the degree of sucker rod damage. The mechanical property of sucker rod material as well as the defect dimensions and the randomness of circulating stress were considered comprehensively. The reliability prediction model of the fatigue life of sucker rod and the operating times within the period of its service life was established. A comprehensive consideration was given to the effects of rod string investment, operating costs and production loss within the period of sucker rod's service life. With the average annual minimum total costs within the service life as the target, the reliability assessment method for the economic life of sucker rod was established. A simulation analysis of the key factors influencing the economic life was conducted.
