电流感觉阈值测定在糖尿病周围神经病变早期诊断中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）主要由慢性高血糖引起．是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一,国内外报道的DPN的发病率为27．4％～81．6％，文献报道的巨大差异与诊断方法及工具的选择不同有关。近期一篇关于各危险分层系统的系统综述明确,DPN是发生糖尿病足溃疡的主要危险因素。
