摘要
目的探讨骨科手术患者术后感染的预防护理特点,为临床护理提供依据。方法对医院2010年2月-2012年2月收治的骨科手术1536例患者病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果共发生无菌手术切口感染者269例,感染率为1.75%;感染部位主要分布在下肢、脊柱、上肢;骨科手术发生感染时间主要为等待手术8～14d,发生率为53.9%,发生最低为2～7d,可见住院等待时间越长,切口感染率越高。结论严格加强手术室管理,遵守无菌操作规程、消毒隔离制度,加强病区管理,使医院感染概率降至最低。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the characteristics of the nursing interventions in prevention of postoperative infections in the department of orthopedics so as to provide basis for the clinical nursing.METHODS The clinical data of 1536 patients who were enrolled the department of orthopedics from Feb 2010 to Feb 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS There were totally 269 patients undergoing the aseptic surgery who were with incision infections,the infection rate was 1.75%.The infection sites mainly distributed in the lower limbs,spine,and upper limb.The infections most frequently occurred during 8-14 days before the surgery with the incidence rate of 53.9%,with the lowest incidence during the 2-7 days before the surgery,which indicated that the longer the hospital stay,the higher the incidence rate of the incision infections.CONCLUSION Strict management of the operating rooms,adherence to aseptic operation,disinfection and isolation system,and the enhancement of ward management can minimize the possibility of being infected.
