摘要
首次在聚酯(PET)母体中化学合成了聚吡咯(PPy),获得了性能优良的透明导电PPy-PET复合膜,详细探索了吡咯单体在PET膜中扩散时间,FeCl_3水溶液浓度、酸度以及氧化聚合温度对合成的透明导电复合膜的影响。在最佳工艺条件:扩散时间为2h,温度为0℃,浓度为10wt%,pH为1,氧化聚合时间为11h下,获得的复合膜电阻率ρ≤30Ω.cm,透射率T_r≥70%。
Hihgly transparent and conducting polypyrrole-PET composite films has first been obtained with chemically synthesized polypyrrole in PET matrix in water. The time of diffusion pyrrole monomer in PET matrix, oxide-polymerization time in aqueous ferric chloride solution and temperature, concentration of aqueous ferric chloride solution and acidic degree(pH) have been investigated in detial, under the conditions: diffusion time of 2 hours, temperature of 0 ℃, concentration of 10wt%, pH of 1, oxide-polymerization time of 11 hours, the highly transparent and conducting polypyrrole-PET composite films have been prepared, their resistivity p<30Ωcm and trasmittance T_r>% (633nm).
