摘要
研究在制得106K(BiPb)SrCaCuO高温超导体的基础上再进行的Sn替代Bi的研究。实验表明热处理工艺对其超导电性影响很大,由于Sn的替代破坏了Bi系中原有的高温超导相。
The Sn substitution for Bi was studied based on the work acquiring the 106 K hig Tc superconductor of BiPbSrCaCuO system. It was found that heat treatment is very important to the superconductivity of samples. Because of Sn doping, the high Tc phase of Bi system was destroyed.
