摘要
目的观察护理干预配合中洗药治疗骨性关节炎临床疗效。方法将46例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组用中洗药湿热敷膝关节30min,每日两次。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上进行护理干预。一疗程后,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为91.7%、63.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预配合中洗药治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著。
Objective To observe clinical efficacy of TCM（traditional chinese medicine）lotion with nursing intervention in treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods 46 cases with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups.For cases of control group,lotion moist heat was used on the knee for 30 minutes twice one day.For treatment group,nursing intervention combined with lotion treatment was used.After one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy was compared.Results The efficacy for treatment and control groups was 91.7%,63.6%,respectivly with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion TCM lotion with the nursing intervention in treatment of knee osteoarthritis could have significant effect.
