摘要
介绍了茶叶的分类和化学成分、茶染料的提取方法及其染色原理和工艺,总结了近年来科研工作者在茶染料对棉、蚕丝、苎麻、涤纶等纤维进行染色方面取得的研究进展,特别是茶染料对各类纤维的最佳染色工艺条件、染色牢度测试及影响因素的分析,列举了茶染料用于生产的实例,织物经茶染料处理后,不但具有持久的茶叶清香,而且具有亲肤、除臭、抗菌和防过敏等功能,在使用过程中可对人体起到保健作用,符合人们追求绿色环保和高品质生活理念,是理想的新型家纺面料。此外还分析了茶染料染色除臭、防过敏、抗菌等优点及上染率和固色率不高、染色牢度不好等存在的问题。
This paper not only introduces classification of tea, its chemical components, the way to extract dye from tea, dyeing mechanism and technique, but also summarizes the progress of scholars' researches on dyeing of cotton, silk, ramie and Dacron with tea dyes. Especially, it analyzes the optimum dyeing condition of tea dye for each kind of fiber, color fastness tests and influencing factors. Besides, it gives some examples that dye is used for production. After being treated by tea dye, fabric not only has everlasting faint scent but also holds functions like skin-friendly feature, deodorization, antibiosis and antianaphylaxis. Therefore, in the process of application, it can protect human body, which accords with the concept that people seek for green environmental protection and high quality of life. Therefore, this kind of fabric is a new type of ideal home textile. In addition, it also analyzes the advantages of tea dye, such as deodorization, antibiosis and antianaphylaxis. Moreover, it also discusses existing problems like low dye-uptake and fixation as well as bad color fastness.
