摘要
以真丝绸喷墨印花所用的活性染料墨水为例,通过测试墨水黏度、喷头电压、墨滴速度和激励脉冲波形等指标,分析了影响墨滴状态的关键工艺因素。试验结果表明,墨水黏度和喷头激励脉冲波形是影响墨滴状态的关键因素。墨水温度越高,墨水黏度越小;墨水黏度越小,墨滴速度越快。因此,控制好墨水温度是喷墨印花机设计和真丝绸活性染料喷墨印花生产中的关键。喷头激励脉冲波形直接影响墨滴速度,墨滴速度又关系到真丝绸活性染料喷墨印花品的质量。因此,控制合适和稳定的喷头激励脉冲波形对喷墨印花生产至关重要。
Taking reactive dyes used on silk inkjet printing as an example, this thesis analyzes key process factors affecting the droplet state by testing some indexes such as the ink viscosity, the voltage on printhead, the droplet speed as well as the excitation pulse waveform. The test shows that the ink viscosity and excitation pulse waveform of printhead are key factors affecting the droplet state. At the same time, it indicates that the higher ink temperature is, the less the ink viscosity will be; the less the ink viscosity is, the higher the speed of the ink droplet will be. Therefore, it is quite important to control the temperature of ink in the design of silk inkjet printing and the production of silk broadcloth reactive dye inkjet printing. The waveforms of driving pulse of shower nozzles not only directly affect the speed of ink droplet but also have relationship with the quality of silk broadcloth reactive dye inkjet printing. Therefore, it is quite essential for the production of inkjet printing to control appropriate and stable wave forms of driving pulse of shower nozzles.
