摘要
中高职教育衔接是我国职业发展的必然趋势,但目前两者相互独立、相互分离发展的局面,致使职业教育体系割裂,成为制约职业教育可持续发展的瓶颈。本文在借鉴英国职业教育发展经验的基础上,以酒店管理专业为例,通过问卷调研和访谈的方式分析我国中高职教育衔接存在的问题及其成因,进而提出相应的解决方法和对策,以促进中高职教育实现有效衔接。
The connection between secondary vocational education （SVE） and higher vocational education （HVE） is an inevitable trend of the development of vocational vocation in China. However, the independence of SVE and HVE has been cutting vocational education apart as well as becoming a barrier in the development of vocational education. Taking hospitality management as an example, this paper applies some research methods, such as questionnaires and interviews, to analyze the existing problems and possible causes which resulted in the disadaptation of SVE and HVE, and proposes some measures to solve these problems and realize an effective connection between them.
