摘要
目的:以杜鹃素为对照品,建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法控制消咳喘分散片的质量。解决样品处理方法中关键技术问题。方法:采用HypersilBDSC18色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×200mm),用甲醇—水(6∶40)为流动相,检测波长295nm;柱温40℃;流速1.0ml/min。结果:杜鹃素含量在0.075~0.60μg范围内呈良好线性关系,得回归方程Y=1549607X+15351,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率及RSD分别为102.50%和1.00%。结论:以杜鹃素为对照品,采用HPLC法控制消咳喘分散片质量的方法简便快速、精密度高、重复性好、专属性强。
Objective: To establish the method for determining the content of farrerol in Xiaokechuan Dis- persible Tablet by HPLC. To solve the key to the question of sample treatment. Methods: The separation was performed on Hypersil BDS C 18 column ( 5 μm, 4.6mm × 200mm ) with methanol-H20 ( 60: 40 ) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was at 295 nm, the coiumn temperature was 40℃ ,and the mobile phase speed was 1.0ml per rain. Results:The calibration cure was linrar in the range of 0.075 to 0.60la g for the farrerol content and the linear equation was y=1549607x 4-15351 (r=0.9999). The average recovery rate was 102.50% and the relative standard deviation was 1.00%. Conclution: The method is simple, accurateand reproducible. It can be used for the determination of farrerol content Xiaokechuan Dispersible Tablet.
