摘要
城市化作为一项国策 ,对于扩大需求、缩小城乡差别、调整产业结构具有深远的意义。本文结合城市化发展的一般规律 ,就我国城市化的特点及其成因作出剖析 ,提出当前中国城市化首先迫切需要解决的两个问题。我们认为 ,正是由于工业化与城市化之间存在不相协调的方面 ,决定了中国城市化道路的复杂性。
As a national policy, urbanization has profound and lasting significance for expanding demand, eliminating disparity between town and country and regulating industry structure. Combining with the general law of urbanization, this article analyses the characteristics of urbanization and its underlying causes, which set forth two problems urgent to solve for urbanization in China. We think that it is some unharmonious aspects between industrialization and urbanization that determine the complexity of urbanization in China.
