摘要
综述了相关国家烟草制品包装和标签履约动态,介绍了已经实施图片健康警告的国家和地区图片警示标签使用情况,以及有关烟草制品包装和标签问题的学术研究,提出了公约履约对我国卷烟包装影响的思考。
Implementation of Framework Convention on Tobacco Control（FCTC） with special reference to tobacco products packaging and labeling in some tobacco-producing countries was reviewed.Progress in the use of graphic health warnings and picture warning,as well as academic research in packaging and labeling were compared.Suggestions were made for China＇s cigarette packaging with regard to the implementation of FCTC
