摘要
分别利用K3PREP和ANSYS-ICEM软件对L21/31型船用中速柴油机建立网格模型;用KIVA-3V软件对该机型的缸内温度、压力以及NOx生成与排放量的变化过程进行数值模拟。结果表明,用ANSYS-ICEM所建立的模型能较好地反映工作过程;NOx生成量的计算值与实测值吻合较好;对该机型适当减小负荷、推迟喷油提前角、缩短喷油持续期,可使NOx排放量在IMOTier II的NOx排放限制范围内进一步减小。
Software K3PREP and ANSYS-ICEM was used to establish the grid model of L21/31 medium-speed marine diesel engine,and then the KIVA-3V program was used to make numerical simulation for this type of diesel engine about the change of in-cylinder temperature,pressure and NOx generation and emissions.The results show that the model established by ANSYS-ICEM can reflect the work process in a better way,and the simulated and experimental values of NOx emission are coincident.Reducing load,postponing the fuel injection timing and shortening the fuel injection duration properly can decrease the NOx emissions level even lower than IMO Tier Ⅱ standard.
