Flow Shop下设备维护与生产调度的联合优化 被引量:2

摘要 在实际生产中,生产调度与设备维护是相互影响、互为耦合的关系,但在理论研究中通常将两者分开,很少将两者联系起来进行统筹优化。现从集成优化的角度出发,将调度与维护作为一个整体看待,同时考虑到故障率的影响和维护的退化效应,建立了Flow Shop下生产调度与维护的集成优化模型,并依据模型的数学特性,采用遗传算法对问题进行了求解。
