摘要
本文分析了西部地区图书馆的文献资源特色以及作为西部地区信息重要基地的图书馆参考咨询工作的现状,提出西部民族地区图书馆应积极发展网络参考咨询服务,提供特色化、个性化服务,为西部文化、政治、经济的发展作出应有的贡献。
We will analyze the characteristics of document resources of library in western minority nationality regions and present condition of referring and consulting services of library,an important information base in western minority nationality regions,make suggestions that we must enthusiastically develop online referring and consulting services of library in western minority nationality regions,supply unique and customer oriented services and make a due contribution to cultural,political and economic development of western minority nationality regions.
