摘要
玻璃钢制品压机的四角调平系统是整个压机最核心部分,四角调平系统的精度直接决定加工产品的品质。该文采用目前最先进的EASY5软件对玻璃钢压机的四角调平系统进行建模与仿真,通过仿真可以得到液压系统负载越大,其响应越慢,动态调平精度越差。而液压缸容腔对调平精度影响很小。仿真结果可作为调平液压系统的设计、试验和使用参考。
The four corners of the Fiber Reinforced Plastic presses leveling system is the most central part of the press as a whole, the accuracy of the four corners of the leveling system directly determines the quality of the processed products. EASY5 software using the most advanced of the four comers of the Fiber Reinforced Plastic presses leveling system modeling and simulation, simulation results can be used as a leveling hydraulic system design, testing and use of reference.
