摘要
某履带拖拉机摆轴销栓在试车过程中发生断裂,采用断口观察、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜观察和生产工艺等方法进行综合分析。结果表明:由于摆轴销栓表面存在脱碳,造成表面硬度合格的假象;次表面的马氏体组织导致镀锌氢脆敏感性增加,最终使其断裂。
A crawler tractor pivot bolt was broken in the testing process. The reason was analyzed by the way of fracture observation, metallographic examination, hardness testing, scanning electron microscopy, production processes and othe," methods. The result showed that decarburization on the surface of pivot bolt leaded to the illusion of surface hardness testing. Martensite of subsurface increased the sensitivity of zinc plating hydrogen embrittlemeut, which resulted in its rupture.
