摘要
利用HyperMesh软件建立了某轻型客车车身的有限元模型,以发动机托架上的激励力为激励输入,以座椅的振动加速度为响应输出,用HyperMesh中的Optistruct计算得到其传递函数。采用改进的传递路径分析(TPA)方法计算得到在发动机振动激励力作用下座椅的振动加速度的大小。实车试验表明,理论计算值与实测值基本吻合,为发动机悬置系统隔振效果的评价提供了一种新的方法。
A finite "element model of a light bus body is established by HyperMesh. Taking the exciting force on engine bracket as excitory input, and the vibration acceleration of the seat as output response, transfer function is gained through the calculating of Optistruct in HyperMesh. Based on an improved transfer path analysis (TPA) technique,vibration acceleration of the seat on the exciting force of engine is obtained by calculating. The car testing experiments show the results from calculation match very well with the experimental data. It provides a new method for evaluating isolation effect of the engine mounting system in this paper.
