摘要
为科学、客观、公正地评价医院综合服务能力,根据追踪方法学原理和JCI评审方法,研制了一套模拟案例检查法。模拟案例检查涉及医疗服务的质量安全、过程管理、环节管理及后勤保障等方面,旨在全面评价医院临床、护理、医技、行政和后勤管理等协调配合情况和整体服务能力。本文介绍了在医院评审中模拟案例的整体设计、检查方法及应用体会。
In order tn evaluate hospital＇s general ability on serviee provision scientifically, objectively and fairly , based on the principle of tracing method and JCI accreditation method, simulated case assessment methods has been carried out. The simulated case assessment involves quality and safely, process management, link management and logistics security of medical service and aims to assess hospital coca＇dinalion capacity and total service provision capacity on clinical, nursing, medical technical, administrative and logistic. The total design, implementation methods and experiences of simulated cases on hospital accreditation are introduced.
