摘要
针对目前国有经济进退领域的问题，从产业领域、地域领域和市场领域三个方面分析了国有经济应进入的领域，又从一般竞争性产业领域和国有企业的社会职能领域两个方面分析了国有经济应退出的领域。这对于如何实施国有经济“有进有退”的战略有一定的指导作用。
In the light of the problem as for the field of advance and retrtat of state economy,this essay analyses the field where state economy should advance from three aspects, includingindustry field, region field and market field, and analyses the field where state economy shouldretreat from two aspects including general competitve industry field and the field of socialfunction of the state enterprise.this opinion has an instractive effect on how to carry out thestrategy of advance and retreat of state economy.
