New Development of High Boron Wear-resistant Alloy

摘要 高硼抗磨合金是继镍硬铸铁和高铬铸铁之后发展起来的新一代抗磨材料,具有良好的淬透性和优异的耐磨性。本文综述了改善高硼抗磨合金显微组织、稳定和提高高硼抗磨合金力学性能和耐磨性的各种工艺方法,最后提出了推广应用高硼抗磨合金值得重视的若干问题。 High boron wear-resistant alloy is a new generation of wear resistant material afterwards Ni-hard cast iron and high chromium white cast iron, and it has excellent hardenability and wear resistance. This article reviews the methods of improving the microstructire, and stabilizing and improving the mechanical properties and wear resistance of high boron wear-resistant alloy. At last, the author puts forward many problems on the popularization and application of high boron cast alloy.
