骨质疏松与老年重度慢性牙周炎的相关性 被引量：5

摘要 重度慢性牙周炎由于发病迟缓、治愈率较低,加之骨质疏松的影响,严重危害中老年患者身心健康。牙周炎侵犯牙周组织影响牙槽骨的吸收并形成牙周袋,造成成年人部分和老年人全口牙体缺失症状发生。一些学者提出〔1,2〕,牙齿脱落及松动状况可能与全身骨量减少有关,但两者之间是否存在确切的关系尚未定论。本研究对骨质疏松患者及骨密度正常者进行牙周检查,讨论两者之间是否存在必要的相关性。
