摘要
近年来各种来源的干细胞、祖细胞在视网膜组织修复及再生研究中的应用倍受瞩目。研究发现,胚胎干细胞、骨髓间充质干细胞、神经干细胞、视网膜干细胞、视网膜前体细胞以及诱导多能干细胞都有增殖和分化成视网膜神经细胞的能力,并且在视网膜损伤条件下,这类细胞能够参与其修复和再生过程。现就以上干细胞在视网膜修复中的应用进展作一综述。
Since recent years,different tissue-derived stem cells and progenitor cells have attracted considerable attention for their applications in treatments for various retina-related diseases.Studies showed that embryonic stem cell,mesenchymal stem cell,neural stem cell,retinal stem /progenitor cell and induced pluripotent stem cell all have the potential to differentiate into retinal nerve cells.This kind of cells could play an important role in retinal repairment and regeneration when damages in retina are induced.Current information about application of stem cells in retinal repairment and regeneration are summarized in this review.
