摘要
对啤酒发酵罐内温度的模糊控制方法进行了研究，介绍了啤酒厂正式实施集散式模糊控制方案，建立较完善的模糊控制规则基，设计了一套液罐温度模糊控制监控系统。
Author researched fuzzy control method on the beer yeast kettle temperature, for the sake of actualize scheme of distributing center fuzzy control in the beer factory, and up building completeness fuzzy control rule basis, so that designed a fuzzy supervise systems of liquid kettle temperature. This paper introduced the system organization.
