摘要
目的探讨精子DNA完整性对男性不育患者精子质量的影响。方法选择150例男性不育患者的精液标本,采用改进的精子染色质扩散实验(SCD)检测精子DNA碎片指数(DFI)。按精子DNA碎片指数分为精子DFI正常组和精子DFI异常组,对2组精液标本的各项主要参数进行对比分析。结果与精子DFI正常组比较,精子DFI异常组的精子密度和活率降低(P<0.05),精子畸形率增高(P<0.05),2组之间差异有统计学意义。结论精子DNA完整性对男性精子质量有一定的影响,可作为评估男性生育能力的一个较好的参考指标。
Objective： Discuss the sperm DNA integrity affect on infertile man′s the quality of the sperm.Methods： Select 150 infertile man′s samples,use the SCD to test the DFI.Divided samples into normal and abnormal groups based on DFI,and analysis the major parameter of two groups.Results： Compare to normal group,exceptional group reducing spermcount and live rating（P0.05）,sperm misshapen increasing（P0.05）the differences between the groups have statistical significance.Conclusion： The sperm DNA integrity has influence on quality of the sperm.It could be a good predictor of assessment of fertility capability.
