摘要
卫星城市受中心城市辐射影响,在发展过程中,其行政区内易出现多个规模不等的增长极,呈偏极或多极发展,而体现在土地利用分区中,一个行政区内出现2个或多个优先发展区.正是因为卫星城市这一特点,在常规土地利用分区的研究中,易忽视外部辐射影响.以鹿泉市为例,系统探讨了在中心城市影响下卫星城市土地利用分区的方法,通过功能分区与传统地貌分区叠加,将市域划分为中心城区优化发展区、环省会重点开发区、新型建材工业区、生态农业观光区、基础农业生产区、森林植被保护区、生态旅游保护区,最后从中心地理论角度分析各区土地利用调控方向.
Satellite city is affected by the radiation of central city.In the process of development,its administrative region easily emerges multiple growth poles with different scales,which appears partial or multipolar development,such as in land use zoning,one administrative region has two or more development zones priority.Just because of the characteristics of satellite city in the analysis of regular land use zoning,the external radiation influence is easily neglected.This paper takes Luquan city as an example,analyzes the land use zoning methods in satellite city under the influence of central.Through the overlaying of functional zoning and landform zoning,Luquan city is devided into seven zones,which are central development zone,key development zone surrounding Shijiazhuang city,new building material industrial zone,agricultural ecological visiting zone,fundamental agricultural production zone,forest vegetation protection zone and ecological tourism protection zone.Finally,this paper analyses the land use regulation direction of every zone from central place theory.
