摘要
彩色显像管的会聚与着屏特性直接影响彩电的画面质量 ,如何快速、精确测试彩管会聚与着屏特性参数是彩管生产检验急需解决的重要课题。针对彩管会聚与着屏误差的形成原理 ,提出并采用电流等效方法测试彩管着屏误差 ,应用图像处理技术计算会聚误差 ,借助数据库技术实现测试数据管理与测试报表的自动生成和打印。全文介绍了系统的构成。
The kinescope’s convergence and landing characteristic affect the displaying quality of the kinescope and TV greatly,and it is an important task of color kinescope industry in dire need of solution,and there is not domestic research in this field.This thesis makes a deep research in the theory and method of the measurement of color kinescope's convergence and landing.It brings forth a method used to measure the color kinescope's landing by measuring equivalent electric current and it uses image processing technology to analysis and calculate the convergence error.Database technology is used to manipulate the result data, generate the report automatically and print it.Throughout the thesis,the implementation of system was illustrated in detail.
