涤纶后纺工艺与纤维结构性能的关系——天津石化公司涤纶厂引进生产线和国产生产线后纺工艺对纤维结构及力学性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文考查了天津石化公司涤纶厂后纺车间引进的日本东洋纺TK-61(以下简称2~K生产线)和国产LVD802(以下简称6~K生产线)两条生产线的工艺参数对纤维聚集态结构及力学性能(主要是断裂强度,断裂伸长和伸长10%应力)的影响。结果表明:由于上述两条生产线后纺工艺不同,尤其是牵伸及热定型的温度相差较大,使所得纤维的聚集态结构明显不同,以致引起纤维的力学性能、尤其是伸长10%的应力有明显差异。 The effects of after-processing technological parameters on supermolecular structure and mechanical properties (such as tensile strength, breaking elongation and stress at 10% elongation) of PET fibers are discussed. Two series of PET fiber samples are respectively made from the production line TK-61(Japan made) and the production line LVD802 (domestic) at the PET fiber factory of Tian Jin Petro-Chcmical Corporation. It is shown that these two series of fiber samples have remarkable difference in supermolecular structure as a result of different spinning technology(particularly the different drawing and heat-setting temperatures). For this reason, the mechanical properties of these two series of fiber samples, especially stress at 10% elongation, are different considerably.
