摘要
本文考查了天津石化公司涤纶厂后纺车间引进的日本东洋纺TK-61(以下简称2~K生产线)和国产LVD802(以下简称6~K生产线)两条生产线的工艺参数对纤维聚集态结构及力学性能(主要是断裂强度,断裂伸长和伸长10%应力)的影响。结果表明:由于上述两条生产线后纺工艺不同,尤其是牵伸及热定型的温度相差较大,使所得纤维的聚集态结构明显不同,以致引起纤维的力学性能、尤其是伸长10%的应力有明显差异。
The effects of after-processing technological parameters on supermolecular structure and mechanical properties (such as tensile strength, breaking elongation and stress at 10% elongation) of PET fibers are discussed. Two series of PET fiber samples are respectively made from the production line TK-61(Japan made) and the production line LVD802 (domestic) at the PET fiber factory of Tian Jin Petro-Chcmical Corporation. It is shown that these two series of fiber samples have remarkable difference in supermolecular structure as a result of different spinning technology(particularly the different drawing and heat-setting temperatures). For this reason, the mechanical properties of these two series of fiber samples, especially stress at 10% elongation, are different considerably.
