子宫阔韧带侵袭性血管黏液瘤一例及文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 一、病例摘要 患者48岁,9年前因发现＂子宫肌瘤＂于外院行开腹子宫肌瘤剥除术,自诉术后病理为＂间叶组织来源的良性肿瘤＂,随访3年未复发,之后未定期复查。2个月前来青岛大学医学院附属烟台毓璜顶医院查体,B超提示子宫左后方探及一11.2cm×8.8cm×7.5cm略强回声团块。妇科检查：子宫前位,宫体位于盆腔右侧,大小正常,活动受限,宫体左侧可扪及一包块,大小约10cm×9cm×8cm,边界不清,质软,活动欠佳,似与宫体关系密切。
