摘要
对依维柯汽车齿轮用钢 2 1NiCrMo5的预备热处理和渗碳热处理工艺进行了试验研究。通过比较完全退火、正火、等温退火和正火加高温回火等工艺 ,最后选择了等温退火作为预备热处理 ,并因此获得理想的硬度、金相组织和良好的切削性能。渗碳时将表面碳浓度控制在 0 75%左右 ,渗碳直接淬火后获得的硬度、渗层组织均达到了引进产品的技术要求。
The authors researched the conditioning treatment and carburization of steel 21NiCrMo5 used in automobile gear IVECO.Finally,the isothermal annealing is determined to be the conditioning treatment by comparison with full annealing,normalizing,normalizing plus high temperature tempering.As a result,ideal hardenesses,microstructures and fine cutting behaviors are obtained.If the carbon solubility of surface of the component is reached 0 75% in carburizing,the hardness and microstructure of carburized case will satisfy the specifications of imported product after direct carburizing quenching.
