摘要
利用CO2 连续激光器对 2 1 4N汽车排气门表面进行了Ni2 1合金的激光熔覆工艺研究。试验结果表明 ,激光工艺参数的合理配合是保证熔覆层质量的重要因素之一。激光功率为 1 8kW~ 2 1kW ,扫描速度 5mm/s~ 6mm/s,光斑直径 4 5mm~5mm ,预置涂层厚度 1mm~ 2mm是汽车排气门熔覆的最佳工艺参数组合。该工艺效果是熔覆层连续 ,表面平整 ,涂层基本无气孔 ,工艺稳定 ,可满足批量生产要求。
The process of laser cladding with Ni21 alloy on the surface of 21 4N automotive exhaust valve has been studied by means of CO 2 continuous laser.The result showed that a reasonable matching for laser parameters is an important fact to ensure the layer quality.The optimized parameters of cladding exhaust valve surface are that the laser power is about 1 8kW~2 1kW,scanning speed is 5 mm/s ~6mm/s,beam diameter is 4 5mm~5mm,and pre coated thickness is 1mm~2mm.The entire cladding layer is continuous,surface is smooth and the alloys layer without gas porosity.This process is stable and suitable for commercial production.
