摘要
《内经》认为衰老是生命的必然过程,主要与先天禀赋、后天调养及生存环境等因素有关。就其发生机制,有精气神虚衰说、阴阳失调说、脏气虚衰说、气血失和说等观点。
It was thought that aging was an inevitable course of life in H of Medicine. Ag- ing associated with the innate endowment,acquired aftercare and survival environment factors. The occurring mechanism of aging was mainly the exhaustion of essence, Qi and spirit,imbalance of Yin and Yang,visceral failure,disorder of Qi and blood,etc.
