摘要
针对列车在用制动电阻带的结构,建立了制动电阻带换热性能实验台,对制动电阻带片间距分别为14、15和16 mm的三种结构进行了传热和流动阻力实验。实验结果表明Nu随着Re的增大而增大;片间距为14 mm的结构换热能力最强;阻力系数f随着雷诺数的增大而减小,在片间距为16 mm结构时阻力系数f较小。
Based on the structure of braking resistor tape used in trains, a heat transfer performance test bench is built up. The heat transfer and flow resistance experiments are carried out on the braking resistor tapes with three tape pitches of 14, 15 and 16 mm. The results show that Nu in- creases with the increase of Re; the heat transfer ability of braking resistor tape under tape spacing of 14 mm is the strongest; friction factor f decreases with the increase of Re, while under the same Re, f is smaller when the tape spacing is 16 mm.
