摘要
本文采用商业软件Fluent,对不同结构多孔金属矩阵材料在高温相变蓄热系统中的传热特性进行了数值研究。通过比较不同蓄热系统的固液相变时间,以及分析两种传热方式在蓄热系统中对换热的影响,发现高导热率金属支架极大地增加了导热量,从而增强了高温相变蓄热系统的换热性能的。另一方面,金属支架本身在一定程度上削弱了蓄热系统内部液相流体的自然对流换热。
In this paper, the heat transfer performances of different porous metal matrix materials applied in high temperature thermal storage are numerical studied by software Fluent. Through the analysis of the solid-liquid phase change time, the heat flux of two heat transfer mechanisms in the different thermal storage systems, the heat transfer performance of the high temperature phase change thermal storage system is improved because of the high thermal conductivity of metal struts. In addition, the natural convection inside the thermal storage system is weakened in some extent by the porous structures.
