摘要
分析了全层片多晶体TiAl基合金的几种可能的微观变形模式及显微结构对屈服应力的影响。在此基础上推导出全层片多晶体TiAl基合金室温下屈服应力和晶粒直径d以及层片间距λ的关系,可表示为:其中晶粒尺寸对屈服应力的影响比层片间距显著得多。
The micro deformation modes and the effect of microstructure on yield stress of fully lamellae polycpetalline TiAl-base alloy are studied in this paper. Based on the analyses above the relationship between the yield stress and colony size d and lamellar spacing A is derived as follows The colony size shows a much stronger effect on yield stess than the lamellar spacing does.
