电积-酸化法从高铜氰溶液中回收铜氰锌 被引量:14

摘要 采用电积和部分酸化交替的方法处理金矿贫液产出的高浓度铜氰溶液,有效地回收了铜、锌和氰.经过4~5次电积-部分酸化循环,高浓度钢氰化物溶液中铜浓度由30g/l降至4.5g/1,从阴极获得了平均含铜71%的黄铜(Cu-Zn合金)或含铜98.6%的粗铜,平均阴极电流效率为68%。氰则以NaCN溶液得到回收。铜的回收率为99.2%,氰的回收率为90%。电积液可循环使用,无废液排放。 Recovery of copper, zinc and cyanide from strong copper cyanide solution produced by solvent extraction for treating a poor gold liquor by electrowinning and partial acidizing by truns was studied, and proved very effective and feasible. While free CN- produced in electrowinning was removed by acidizing, the electric current efficiency of alloy increased. The copper and zinc were recovered as brass, cyanide as NaCN solution. After electrowinning-partial acidizing circulation in 4-5 times, the average electric current efficiency of alloy was 63%, and the average Cu content in brass was 71%. Rerevery of copper, cyanide was 99.2%, 90%, respectively. A cost analysis indicated that the treatment cost was lower. The electrowinned solution can be circulated for stripping with no waste water discharged.
