摘要
针对我国铝土矿的特点,对铝土矿的湿法预处理进行了研究。在一定碱浓度下,高苛性比(176)或低苛性比 (3.0)铝酸钠溶液预处理中等品位铝土矿后,溶液中二氧化硅浓度较高.温度和液固比对精矿品位、脱硅率及溶液的稳定性有较大的影响.实验结果也表明,精矿与原矿中一水硬铝石的结构没有发生明显变化,可采用现有的拜尔法工艺流程进行氧化铝生产.
To increase the ratio of A/S hydro-pretreatment of bauxite from Shanxi was studied. The results indicated that the value of ak should be either small(3.0) or great (176) for the hydro-pretreatment of bauxite at a certain temperature (95℃) and L/S. The value of A/S of refined bauxite was all bigger than 9.5, which fit the alumina production by Bayer. There was obvious effect of temperature and L/S on the value of A/S of refined bauxite, ratio of desiccation and stability of solution after. bauxite was pretreated. It also showed that there was not obvious difference of structure between original bauxite and refined bauxite after pretreatment and the refined bauxite could be digested by the current technology of Bayer in China.
