摘要
本文提出了膏体充填系统特征参数的概念,明确了其数学描述。在此基础上,深入分析了膏体充填系统特征参数的变化特点及其合理取值,指出了在充填系统设计时和对充填系统参数进行调节时,考虑系统工作特征参数的重要性。特征参数是综合反映膏体充填系统运行状态的一个参数,是管径、流量、摩擦阻力系数(由反映膏体特性的参数塌落度、粒级分布、膏体浓度等决定)的函数。文中还分析了在摩擦阻力系数一定的情况下,流量与管径的制约关系。
The conception of characteristic parameters of the self-flowing pastefill system is put forward. Its mathematic meaning is described. On this basis, the change and changing scale of the characteristic parameter are discussed. It is important to take account of the characteristic parameter before designing or adjusting of the pastefill system. The characteristic parameter reflects the pastefill status and is a function of the pipe diameter, flow rate and friction factor (decided by the paste slump, the distribution of the paste particle and the paste pulp density, etc). The conditionality between the flow rate and the pipe diameter is discussed when the friction factor is fixed.
