摘要
赫希的社会控制理论在60年代的西方青少年犯罪理论研究中具有重大影响。对当今青少年犯罪的家庭因素分析不能只进行简单的原因罗列,而应站在整个社会控制系统的更高的角度。当今中国青少年犯罪呈现比例逐年上升、低龄化、动机简单化等诸多特点,用赫希的社会控制理论从深层分析其形成的家庭原因,都可以得到诠释。
Hirsch＇s social control theory was of great influence in 60s in western countries in juvenile delin- quency research. Today＇s Chinese youth crime is increasing year by year. Analysis of family factors of its formation can be interpreted, by using Hirsch＇s social control theory.
