摘要
PC钢丝、钢绞线在使用中常出现PC钢绞线在施工方的检验中破断负荷达不到标准要求和在施工中75%Fb 张拉时断线 ,PC钢丝在施工前按JGJ85— 92检验时强度达不到要求 ,及PC钢丝、钢绞线在张拉时伸长量达不到施工方理想张拉量等问题。通过复检、分析和研究 。
During user's acceptance testing for PC steel wire & strand,its breaking load can't conform to the standard;when being pulled with 75% breaking load in user's stretching operation,the PC steel strand often broken,and the tensile strength of the PC steel wire can't meet the requirement of JGJ?85—92 standard in user's acceptance testing;and also the elongation of the PC steel wire & strand can't be satisfied with the user's ideal value.Through retest、analyses and study,we believed that the main causes for the above-mentioned problems are both using the unspecialized jaw in testing machine and applying the unsuitable standard.
