试验表明 :在纯锌镀液中加入极少量的Al就能使镀后的钢丝表面呈银亮色 ;加入质量分数约 0 .0 2 %Al可抑制镀液表面氧化锌的产生 ,加入 0 .15%～ 0 .2 %Al能抑制钢丝镀层Fe -Zn合金层的生长 ;适用于通常热镀锌工艺条件的Al含量以 0 .0 2 %为好 ,至多不能超过 0 .0 5%。锌 -低铝镀液中加入质量分数 0 .0 1%～ 0 .1%的稀土能改善钢丝的抗盐雾腐蚀能力 ,小于 0 .0
It is shown by test that adding minute quantity Al to pure Zn coating liquid can make the surface of coated steel wire appear silvering,adding about 0.02%Al can check the emerging of ZnO on the surface of coating liquid,adding 0.15%～0.2%Al can check the growing of Fe-Zn alloy layer in the coat of steel wire,0.02%Al content would be suitable for normal technological condition,and Al content can′t exceed 0.05% at most.Adding 0.01%～0.1%RE to Zn-low-Al coating solution can improve salt fog corrosion resistance of steel wire,when RE content is less than 0.01%,the salt fog corrosion resistance of steel wire is much the same as that of galvanized steel wire.
