摘要
在对天津天钢集团有限公司第二炼钢厂小方坯连铸机翻转冷床的设计中,通过对冶金中的传热传质及理论计算,推导出翻转冷床的冷却时间及冷却长度的理论关系。经现场的实际测量,证实实际生产情况与理论计算基本吻合。
From medium of transmission of heat and the theoretical calculation in metallurgy for the design of inverted cooling bed of caster in billet in No.2 Steel - making Plant of Tianjin Tiangang Group Co,Ltd,relation between cooling time and cooling longitude of inverted cooling bed is derived. Measurements on the spot prove coicidence of the practical production and theoretical calculation.
